Xyliatos Dam

Owner : Water Development Departement - Republic of Cyprus

Hydroplus’s proposed solution aimed to increase the dam’s storage capacity by raising the water level by 2 m.

The fusegates for this project were built in six weeks.

Their installation was completed in just one week, allowing for storage of the last spring run-offs from the very first year of operation.
